As the former Head of Multicultural Community for Netflix, Kevin J. Stuckey developed programming and engagement strategies for diverse audiences. He has a deep rooted passion for people development and after 10 years of working in public relations, he transitioned those skills into the work he did at Netflix. Stuckey helps brands understand how to leverage the power of their communities to meet business goals by creating unique partnerships, bespoke programming, and tailored content strategies. He lives by the adage, “create live experiences that empower, cultivate community, and bridge connection.” Stuckey's work was most recently realized with the community based roll-out for RUSTIN including screenings and gatherings with Black queer organizations across the country to help educate about and elevate the story of Bayard Rustin. —K.M.
