As the Global Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Soho House, Chris Glass ensures that the highly selective international members club is inclusive of all creatives in the media, arts, and fashion industries. But before he was leading Soho House’s DEI initiatives, he was the European Membership Director for the club based in Berlin, planting new Houses and cultivating existing ones across the globe. Along with his Soho House roles, the Georgia native-turned-Angeleno is an interior designer, the founder of Retreating While Black, a social enterprise creating retreats for Black professionals and entrepreneurs, and owner of aptm (A Place to Meet), a living gallery and shoppable apartment. Through his pursuits, Glass ensures that we always remember that the most vibrant creative communities are intersectional, intentional, and inclusive.
