Gabrielle Union and Janet Jackson entrust their personal hair magician, Larry Sims to amplify their Black Girl Magic and slay the red carpets worldwide. With over a decade of work experience, Sims is true to his craft and many celebrities trust him with their hair—especially Black women, so that itself says a lot. Sims has worked with the biggest celebrities, including Kerry Washington and Danai Gurira. This year, Sims created hair magic for several covers of iconic magazines like ESSENCE, Allure and more. 2022 also marked the two-year anniversary of Flawless Curls, the hair company he co-founded with Gabrielle Union. If all of that is not enough, Sims made his directorial debut for the singer Sparkle's video for "Easy." Sims is truly making multimedia magic happen. —G.E.
