As the Director of Cultural Platforms at American Express, Marques Zak develops and executes marketing strategies around how AMEX can show up authentically and connect with multicultural communities — think Culture Con, Afrotech, and Art Basel Miami. Zak not only helps AMEX communicate with diverse audiences, he’s also there creating opportunities for wider communities.
