Aaron Walton

When Walton Isaacson was named Agency of the Year by the American Advertising Federation’s 2024 Mosaic Awards, it was rooted in how its founder, Aaron Walton, challenges preconceived notions around consumers and advertising through leading intentionally with “diversity, culture, and innovation.” As an advertising maverick and trailblazing CEO, his decades of experience and ethos expands into his advisory board work with organizations such as the Human Rights Campaign, Ad Council, and more. Walton has several brands under his belt—Lexus, Amazon, Pepsi, and American Airlines—who can thank him for propelling their names into millions of homes through his insights. While Walton is an advertising phenomenon, you can also catch him on the catwalk for the Japanese fashion brand RYNSHU during New York Fashion Week.
