DASHAUN WESLEY
As a Brooklyn, New York native, Dashaun Wesley was introduced to the underground ballroom scene while in high school. That sense of community has taken him all the way to Hollywood, where he now MC’s the groundbreaking competition show Legendary on HBO Max. As an iconic vogue performer, Wesley first caught the attention of the public as one of the crew members of Vogue Evolution, who competed during season four of the MTV hit American’s Best Dance Crew. He’s currently the vogue choreographer and dancer for the Lil’ Nas X Long Live Montero Tour. Wesley, also known by some as the “King of Vogue,” was also seen in the critically acclaimed FX series Pose. he continues to show that living out loud and in your truth can carry anyone to higher heights. —K.M.
