This young Hollywood queer couple is letting their love shine bright. Justice Smith, known for his breakout roles in the Netflix’s The Get Down, HBO Max's Genera+ions and Jurassic World Dominion, and his partner Nicholas Ashe turned heads in the OWN’s Queen Sugar. As a couple, the two of them joined forces for Calvin Klein’s new #MyCalvins Pride Campaign. In the summer of 2020, they went public with their love but in the campaign they shared that they took a short break to work on themselves before coming back together and forming what they now call the best relationship that serves both of them. Individually, they have also used their platforms for social justice issues especially centering on members of the LGBTQ+ community. It’s evident this young, Black couple is turning the tide on being authentically yourself beyond the screen. —K.M.
