If there’s an official spokesperson for Gen Z in the corporate workspace, it should be Deandre Brown, widely known as The Corporate Baddie. He is a cross-platform digital influencer who creates content around navigating the corporate world as a twenty-something and how to establish boundaries in the workspace. Brown also inspires his audience to navigate the pipeline from corporate America to full-time content creator with personal branding tips. The Chicago native has created a unique lane for himself and can often be found speaking at universities and business conferences; he’s been recognized for his influential viral videos by the NAACP, BET, Essence, AdWeek and other esteemed platforms. In addition to closing partnerships deals with clients such as LinkedIn, Microsoft, Google and TikTok, Brown launched If We’re Being Honest, a new podcast he co-hosts with Raymonte Cole and Malik McIntyre. Brown is clearly standing on business with a Hermés Birkin in hand. — G.E.
