With a feathery countertenor and dance moves that harken back to Janet Jackson’s ‘90s and ‘00s eras, Marck Angel continues to drop dance-inducing tunes. Since his days uploading music on MySpace, the indie artist has developed his signature blend of pop R&B by releasing a stream of songs and music videos that highlighted his unapologetic authenticity. In 2022, he released an award-winning album <em>SERAPHIM</em>, which led to an 18-month long tour. Now, Angel’s reimagined the album into an "experimental musical drama” called <em>SERAPHIM: The Motion Picture</em>. The feature film sold out its premiere at the Big Apple Film Festival in New York City and earned a nomination for best LGBT film at the Washington, D.C. International Cinema Festival.
